摘要
文章分析了吸湿排汗纤维COOLMAX的特性。在吸湿排汗纤维COOLMAX精纺面料的后整理过程中,对于织物手感、色泽及吸湿效果作了对比试验,对吸湿排汗助剂品种进行了筛选对比试验,摸索出了一套适应不同原料比例、不同质量及不同颜色的吸湿排汗纤维COOLMAX精纺面料产品的最佳后整理工艺和最优的吸湿效果功能助剂配方。该工艺操作方便,适合大批量生产流程,成品面料手感柔软有凉爽感,吸湿排汗效果显著,色泽变化小,呢面光泽纯正,品质优良,内在物理指标测试均符合标准,深受客户青睐。
The characteristics of wicking COOLMAX fiber are analized in this paper. During the finishing process of worsted fabrics with wicking COOLMAX fiber,comparative tests were made for fabric feeling,color and moisture absorption,comparative tests were made for screening the wicking auxiliaries,eventually worked out the best technology for different proportion of raw materials,for different weights and color in finishing process,and found optimal functional auxiliaries for best absorption effect on worsted fabric with wicking COOLMAX fiber. This technology was easy to operate,and suitable for mass production processes. The finished fabric feeled soft and cool,wicking effect was significant,small changes in color,good shiny face,high quality,inherent physical indicators were good in accordance with standards,and favored by customers.
