摘要
通过介绍电磁辐射对人体的危害及毛针织物现状,阐述了研究开发毛针织屏蔽面料的重要性、结构特点以及基本屏蔽原理。通过分析面料的形成,综述了纱线、密度、组织结构等主要影响因素对毛针织屏蔽面料屏蔽效能的部分影响规律,并针对各个因素提出了进一步的研究观点。最后,概括了目前的研究进展与缺陷,提出从线圈结构基本单元研究的新角度以及对各个影响因子进行整体的、系统的分析是开发毛针织屏蔽服的基础。
This article describes the significance,structural characteristics and basic principles of shielding of wool knitting shielding fabric by giving a brief introduction of the current status of wool knitting fabric and the harm of electromagnetic radiation on human beings. Through analyzing the for ming of wool knitting fabric,this article summarizes the patterns,which influence the effect of wool knitting shielding fabric,of certain factors,such as yarn,density,structure etc and put forward views on further study. In the end,this article concludes the current researches and their defects,proposing new angle of studying from the basic unit of coil structure and that making a thorough and systemic study of each influence factors is the foundation for developing wool knitting shielding clothing.
