摘要
为了能够对铺设在墙壁中的照明线路进行定位,采用现代电磁学理论以及单片机为代表的微机控制技术设计非接触式照明线路定位仪器。仪器主要有主控部分、电磁探测部分、显示部分、电源部分等组成。主控板以STC89C516单片机为控制核心,电磁探测部分以74HC14触发器构成电磁感应电路,显示部分运用LCD12864显示模块,电源部分运用LM2596的3A电流输出降压开关型集成稳压芯片。同时设计中考虑可能存在的各种干扰因素,采用了软硬件结合的抗干扰技术,提高了系统的稳定性。最后对系统进行了模拟性能测试,测试结果表明系统性能良好。
In order to be able to locate the lighting wire in a wall,non-contact lighting wire detect instrument is designed based on the modern electromagnetic theory and singlechip microcomputer control technology.The instruments includes the main control part,electromagnetic detection part,display part,a power part and so on.The main control board based on STC89C516 singlechip microcomputer as control core,electromagnetic detection part of the 74HC14 composed of electromagnetic induction circuit,display part uses the LCD12864 display module,power supply part of the application of switching regulator chip LM2596.At the same time,the possible interference factors considered in the design,using a combination of hardware and software anti-interference technology,improves the stability of the system.Finally,the system simulation performance test,the test results show the good performance of the system.
