摘要
针对TRIZ和QFD两种理论在工程设计中存在的主要问题,研究了基于QFD和TRIZ的集成创新设计模式。在对TRIZ冲突矩阵进行多层次分析的基础上,针对TRIZ问题确定能力缺乏的不足,借助QFD方法确定需要解决的问题,探寻了QFD方法中确定设计问题的几个典型位置,并在此基础上通过TRIZ理论的嵌入集成,有机融合TRIZ和QFD各自的优势,从而实现了一种QFD设计过程中多种设计问题的确定与创新求解方法,并给出详细的操作流程。最后通过实例说明该方法的有效性。
Aiming at the main problems existing in engineering design with the theory of TRIZ and QFD, the integrated innovation design patterns based on QFD and TRIZ were studied. On the basis of the multi-level analysis for TRIZ conflict matrix, the QFD method was analyzed deeply due to the lack of problem determination ability of TRIZ. Several typical positions of design problems appeared in QFD were explored, so the integration is embedded by TRIZ theory. The advantages of TRIZ and QFD were fused organically, thus problem determining and innovative solving method in different levels of QFD design process were implemented. At last, the feasibility of this method was demonstrated by an example analysis.
