摘要
为研究滚刀振动特性,建立了滚刀垂向和轴向振动模型,求出了滚刀上三个节点在垂直和轴向的动力学参数值,得到了滚刀各节点振动的位移~时间曲线。研究发现,节点2即轴承的连接等效刚度增大一倍,各节点振动幅值降低约25%;当节点1即刀圈的等效质量与外载荷分别增大一倍,各节点振动幅值均增大一倍,因此要降低滚刀振幅需要增大圆锥滚子轴承刚度、减小刀圈质量(保证刀圈强度)、降低外载荷。
To study on the vibration characteristics of hob, 3D models of horizontal direction and vertical direction respectively are established, thus the kinetic parameters on the three nodes of the disc cutter in the vertical and axial directions are solved. The node displacement-time curves of vibration are obtained. The study found out the equivalent stiffness of node 2(bearing) is doubled and each node vibration amplitude is reduced about 25% ; When the equivalent mass of the disc cutter ring and external loads are doubling, then the vibration amplitude of each node are doubling. Therefore, to reduce the vibration amplitude of disc cutter, it needs increasing the stiffness of tapered roller bearings, decreasing the mass of cutter ring assuring the cutter ring strength, and reducing the external load.
