基于电参量图形特征量的耐火料泵排量软测量方法

摘要 为了解决现有耐火料泵排量计量方法的实时性和便捷性等问题,依据耐火料泵排量模型指出计量方法的关键是实时泵送效率系数,并分析了泵送压力—推送压力—电流三者之间的关系,在此基础之上提出基于电参量图形特征量的软测方法,对泵排量进行实时计量。方法充分利用电压、电流融合李萨如图形特征的直观性和便捷性,通过分析李萨如图形特征量,表征泵送压力的变化趋势,计算实时泵送效率,以此对耐火料泵实际排量进行实时软测量。试验表明,该方法具有较高的精度和可靠性,且易于现场非嵌入式安装和操作。 In order to solve the existing problems of instantaneity and convenience in the method of measuring the refractory material pump displacement, the paper points out that real-time pumping efficiency coefficient is the key to measuring method based on the model of refractory material pump displacement and also the relationship among pumping pressure, push pressure and electric current is analyzed. Under the guidance of this theory, a soft measuring method is proposed by the characteristics of electric parameter graphics for measuring the pump displacement in real time. This method makes a full use of intuition and convenience of Lissajous graph which is fused by voltage and current. Through analyzing the characteristic quantity of Lissajous graph and characterizing the changing trend of the pumping pressure, the real-time pumping efficiency is calculated to make a soft measurement of the actual displacement of the refractory material pump simutaneously. Test shows that this method has high accuracy and reliability and it is easy to install and operate without embedding.
