摘要
采用C18反相色谱柱分离,大气压化学电离源(APCI)离子化,三重串联四级杆质谱测定,通过优化质谱参数、样品前处理条件,建立了植物油中α-、β-、γ-、δ-生育酚的反相高效液相色谱-串联质谱定量检测方法。结果表明,该方法检出限为0.05~0.10 mg/kg,线性范围0.025~50.0 mg/L,加标回收率在80.4%~97.4%之间,RSD小于10%。为植物油中生育酚的检测提供了一种更为灵敏、更易于推广的新方法。
The method for the quantitative determination of α -, β -, γ - , δ - tocopherols in vegetable oil was established using C18 reverse phase column, atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) and tandem mass spectrometry by optimizing the parameters of mass spectrometry and sample pretreatment conditions. The results showed that the limit of detection, linear range, recovery rate of standard addition and RSD of the method were 0.05 - 0.10 mg/kg, 10%, respectively. Therefore, the method had the items of sensitiveness and easy promotion suitable forthe determination of tocopherols in vege, table oil.
