摘要
研究贮存温度、贮存时间、装具(塑料瓶、铁质瓶、瓷质瓶)及抗氧化剂对胡麻油过氧化值的影响。结果表明:随贮存时间延长胡麻油过氧化值升高;低温、添加抗氧化剂都可延缓胡麻油过氧化值的升高;低温4℃下,3种装具均可用于胡麻油的贮存,且以铁质瓶最佳,而在室温下,塑料瓶贮存胡麻油效果最佳。
Effects of storage temperature, storage time, utensils (plastic bottle, iron bottle, china bottle) and antioxidant on peroxide value (POV) of linseed oil were studied. The results showed that POV of linseed oil increased with storage time prolonging; the increase of POV of linseed oil delayed at low temperature or with antioxidant ; the three kinds of utensils were suitable for storing linseed oil at low temperature (4 ℃ ), and the effect of iron bottle was the best,while the effect of plastic bottle was the best when linseed oil was stored at room temperature.
