鹿流行性出血病病毒实时荧光PCR检测方法的初步建立 被引量:4

摘要 利用鹿流行性出血病(EHD)病毒核酸的保守靶序列(VP7),设计引物和TaqMan荧光探针,建立了EHDV荧光定量RT-PCR技术,并进行了特异性、敏感性、重复性等实验评价。结果显示,该技术可有效检出EHD-1、EHD-2、EHD-4、EHD-7型病毒,与蓝舌病病毒(BTV)等病毒无交叉反应;对阳性模板(重组质粒)的检测灵敏度为1个copies;重复检测CV<5%。因此,所建立的EHDV TaqMan/荧光定量RT-PCR方法可为鹿流行性出血病病毒检测提供一种快速、可靠的病原检测手段。
