摘要
在用孔板流量计测量和计算瓦斯抽采量的过程中,发现孔板流量计计算公式繁多;系数数值各不相同;测量和计算出的流量不准确;有些公式没有标明所算出的流量是工况状态下的量还是标准状态下的量,等等许多问题。为此,通过对孔板流量计结构、测量原理、公式来源的分析,找到合理准确的公式,澄清工作中遇到的问题,便于实际应用。
In the process of measurement and calculation of gas extraction amount with orifice flowmeter, we found that the formula for orifice flowmeter is numberous; value of each coefficient is not the same; the measured and calculated flow rate is not accurate; some tormulas do not indicate the calculated amount is under state or standard state conditions . Through the analysis of the structure of the orifice flowmeter, the measurement principle, the source of the formula, we find the reasonably accurate formula and clarify the problem encountered in the work to facilitate the practical application.
