摘要
黄炎培先生提出的职业教育人才观回答了职业教育"培养什么样的人、如何培养人"两大问题,这两大问题对加强和改进大学生思想政治教育提供了理论和实践指导,对新形势下的大学生思想政治教育的人才培养模式有着重要的现实意义。
Mr. Huang Yanpei ＇ s idea of talent of vocational education answers two questions of ＂What kind of talents to cultwate, and ＂How to cultivate tatents. ,which provide theoretical and practice reference for strengthening and improving the ideological and political education for college students and are of great importance to the talent cultivation mode of ideological and political education for college students in the new era.
