江苏服务贸易发展中存在的问题及对策研究——基于长三角两省一市服务贸易发展现状的比较

The Problems Existing in the Service Trade Development in Jiangsu and Countermeasure Research——based on the comparison of current situation of service trade development among the polities in the Yangtze River Delta

江苏、浙江、上海两省一市都处在中国东南沿海,同处在泛长三角地区内,经济发展和对外贸易等方面有很多相似背景,特别是服务贸易方面各自发挥着比较优势,均已经取得了长足的进步,领先于其他省份。但是,由于诸多方面的影响,江苏与上海相比还存在一定的差距。本文在对江苏、浙江、上海服务贸易现状进行对比分析的基础上,找出江苏在服务贸易发展中存在的问题,从而提出江苏提升服务贸易竞争力的基本思路与政策建议。

Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai,within the Yangtse Delta, have a lot in common in economic development and foreign trade, especially having their respective comparative advantage in service trade. All of them have made great progress in economy, getting ahead of other provinces in the country. However, influenced by many aspects,Jiangsu still has certain gap compared with Shanghai. This pa- per, based on the comparison and analysis of current situation of service trade of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, finds out problems existing in the development of service trade in Jiangsu province and then puts forward basic ideas and policy suggestions promoting the service trade competitiveness of Jiangsu.
