摘要
采用了一种新型的储能技术—飞轮储能,它可以在柴油机处于低负载运行状态时,将多余的能量通过飞轮储能装置存储起来,此时飞轮处于加速储能的过程;当检测到系统中有较大的冲击负载时,将存储的能量释放出来,通过调峰电机与柴油机并机驱动负载,达到平抑发动机的加载率,保证发动机在负载变化时能够平稳运行的目的,该状态飞轮处于减速放电的工作模式.本文对飞轮储能的原理以及基于飞轮储能的柴油机钻机的机械调峰技术进行深入研究,给出了调峰电机处于电动和发电状态的条件,设计了一种柴油机钻机的机械调峰系统.
