摘要 目的优选大苞雪莲总黄酮的提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验,以浸膏得率和雪莲总黄酮含量为指标,考察提取溶剂浓度、溶剂用量、提取时间和提取次数4个因素对提取效果的影响,优选工艺条件。结果最佳提取工艺为10倍量70%乙醇、提取2次,每次2 h,总黄酮含量为12.53%,芦丁含量为2.46%,出膏率为18.20%。结论该提取工艺具有稳定性好和简便易行的优点,适合工业化大生产。 Objective To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Saussurea involucrate. Methods The extraction conditions were optimized by considering the effects of solvent concentration, solvent quantity, extraction time and extraction frequency on extraction, and basing the indexes of the dry extraction rate and content of to-tal flavonoids using L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal design. Results Optimum extracting condition was that 10 times of 70% ethanol was added and extracted for twice with 2 h/each time;total flavonoids content was 12. 53%;Rutin content was 2. 46%;dry extraction rate was 18. 20%. Conclusion The optimized technology is stable, convenient and practical, and it may suit the mass production of Saussurea involucrate.
