山东滨州地区儿童患者EB病毒感染血清流行病学分析

Seroepidemiological study of Epstein-Barr virus infection of children in Binzhou City

目的了解山东滨州地区EB病毒（Epstein-Barr virus,EBV）的流行情况。方法对2013-2014年滨州市人民医院采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应法行血清学检查的结果进行分析,从性别、年龄和季节等方面统计EBV的感染情况。结果 EBV总阳性率为18.40%,男性和女性阳性率分别为10.07%和8.33%;0-5岁的阳性率为40.57%;2012年和2013年阳性检出率分别为11.00%和18.40%,有上升趋势。结论滨州地区〈10岁儿童EBV的感染率低于我国公布的3-5岁儿童的感染率（90.00%）,EBV感染的高峰年龄段在学龄前期,加强儿童患者EB病毒的检测对其防治有重要意义。

Objective To understand the prevalence of Epstein-Barr viurs of children in Binzhou City. Methods The EBV DNA of the samples from January to December in 2013 were detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR （FQ-PCR） .The data were counted using statistical analysis by gender,age and season. Results The total positive rate was 18.40%.The positive rates of male and female samples were 10.07% and 8.55% respectively. The patients aged 0 to 5 years old accounted for 40. 57%.The overall positive rate was 11.00% in 2012,and 18.4% in 2013,showing a gradual increase in 2013. Conclusion The infection rate of EBV in the 3- 5 age group was lower than that reported before in China （90. 00%）.The peak period of infection was 3 to 5 years old.The detection of EBV should be promoted which is important for the prevention and treatment.
