中西医结合治疗小儿黄疸的疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect on traditional Chinese combined with Western medicine in the treatment of infantile jaundice

目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的80例小儿黄疸患者,按照随机数表法将其随机分为对照组和实验组2组,每组各40例,对照组患儿采用西药常规治疗,实验组患儿采用中西医结合治疗,比较2组患儿的临床疗效。结果对照组患儿的总有效率为70.00%,实验组患儿的总有效率为92.50%,两组数据比较,差异较大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿的血清总胆红素和直接胆红素含量均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿黄疸的疗效较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese combined with Western medicine in the treatment of infantile jaundice. Methods 80 Patients with infantile jaundice were divided into two groups, each group with 40 cases. The control group was treated with western medicine and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese combined with western medicine. The clinical efficacy of 2 groups of patients were compared. Results The total efficiency of the control group was70.00% and the group was 92.50%. There were significant differences betweenthe two groups（P〈0.05）. Serum total bilirubin and direct bilirubin content in the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment.（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese combined with western medicine is better and it is worthy of clinical application.
