妇产科临床中阴道流血的病因及治疗措施

Etiology and treatment of vaginal bleeding in clinical obstetrics and Gynecology

目的探讨妇产科临床中阴道流血的病因及治疗措施。方法选取我院于2011年11月—2012年11月收治的阴道流血患者80例,并按照治疗方法的不同将其随机分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例),观察组给予妇康宝口服液实施治疗,对照组给予消炎、止血等常规药物治疗,对两组患者阴道流血的病因及临床效果进行观察与分析。结果 80例患者阴道流血的主要病因为妊娠引起流血(35.00%)、生殖器炎症(31.25%)、子宫外器质性病变(20.00%),生殖道恶性肿瘤(5.00%)、全身性疾病(3.75%)、创伤(2.50%)、其他(2.50%)。另外,观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(95%VS70%),P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论妇产科阴道流血的临床治疗应实施全面病情诊断,且有针对性地采取治疗措施,妇康宝口服液治疗阴道流血可有效提高治疗有效率,缩短阴道出血时间,减少出血量,改善临床症状,效果确切,值得临床推广。

bjective To investigate the etiology and treatment of vaginal bleeding in clinical obstetrics and gynecology. Methods80 patients with vaginal bleeding in our hospital in 2011 November-2012 year in Novemberadmitted patients, according to the different methods of treatment were randomly divided into observation group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）, the observation group was given and Canbo oral liquid treatment, control group were given anti-inflammatory, anti blood routine drug the observation and analysis of treatment, and clinical effects of two groups of patients with vaginal bleeding, etiology. Results 80 cases of primary disease in patients with vaginal bleeding because of pregnancy induced bleeding（35%）, genital inflammation（31.25%）,extra uterineorganic lesions（20%）, genital malignant tumor（5%）, systemic disease（3.75%）, trauma（2.50%）, the other（2.50%）.In addition, treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group（95%VS70%）,P〈0.05, there was statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical treatment of gynecologicalvaginal bleeding should be the implementation of a comprehensive diagnosis, and the treatment of bleeding,Fukangbao oral liquid in the treatment of vaginal can effectively improve the treatment efficiency, shorten the bleeding time, reduce bleeding, and improve the clinical symptoms, the exact effect, is worth the clinical promotion.
