腹腔镜在腹部外伤诊治中的临床应用

Clinical application of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal trauma

目的探讨腹腔镜在腹部外伤诊治中的临床应用效果。方法对来我院诊治的80例患者入院资料进行分析,将其随机分为两组。对照组进行常规方法诊治,实验组采用腹腔镜诊治,比较两组诊治效果。结果实验组95%患者得到确诊,高于对照组(90%)(P<0.05);实验组95%对我院诊断总体满意,高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗(60.2±27.8)min手术完毕、术中出血量为(10.2±7.8)mL、治疗后(4.2±0.8)d后出院,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹部外伤类型较多,采用腹腔镜诊治效果理想,值得推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal trauma.Methods80 cases of patients admitted to our hospital were analyzed, and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional treatment methods, the experimental group used laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment, the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results In the experimental group, 95% patients were diagnosed, higher than that of the control group（90%）（P〈0.05）; the experiment group of 95% in the diagnosis of our overall satisfaction, higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）; the experiment group（60.2±27.8min） after the operation, the amount of intraoperative bleeding was（10.2±7.8）mL,after treatment（4.2±0.8 days） after discharge, lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion More types of abdominal injury by laparoscopy, ideal effect, is worthy to be popularized.
