探讨葡萄膜炎并发性白内障34例的手术疗效分析

Discussion uveitis complicated cataract surgical treatment of 34 cases

目的探讨葡萄膜炎并发性白内障患者手术治疗的技巧和疗效体会。方法针对我院收治从2011年4月—2012年4月收治的确诊葡萄膜炎并发性白内障患者34例,患者中共计有44眼患病,采取苯丁酸氮芥对葡萄膜炎进行控制性的治疗,在验证消退之后采取虹膜环形切除术,随后采取白内障囊外摘除术和白内障超声波乳化,最后植入人工晶体。结果 34例患者的视力均较术前有较为明显的提高,其中≥0.5以上的有18眼,占比40.9%;0.3-0.5之间的有12眼,占比27.3%;0.1-0.3之间的有2眼,占比4.5%,〈0.1以下的1眼,占比2.27%,治疗无效的1眼。占比2.27%。患者治疗后瞳孔呈椭圆形或者圆形,术后眼压均维持在正常的范围之内。结论针对葡萄膜炎并发性白内障患者,采取人工晶体植入联合超声乳化技术进行治疗,起到良好的临床疗效,值得在临床上进行推广使用。

Objective Uveitis complicated cataract patients the skills and experience of the efficacy of surgical treatment. Methods For our hospital from April 2011 to April 2012 were treated 34 cases of complicated cataract patients diagnosed with uveitis, a total of 44 patients sick, taking chlorambucil to be controlling uveitis treatment subsided after taking iris verification loop excision, followed by taking extracapsular cataract extraction surgery and cataract ultrasound emulsification, intraocular lens implants last.Results The results of 34 patients before surgery had more vision than increased significantly, which has more than ≥0.518, accounting for 40.9%;has 12 between 0.3-0.5,accounting for 27.3%; between 0.1~0.3 there are two, accounting for 4.5%,0.1 below 1, accounting for 2.27%, the treatment ineffective one.Accounting for 2.27%.After the patients pupil oval or circular, IOP remained within the normal range. Conclusion For patients with uveitis complicated cataract grapes,take phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation techniques for treatment, has a very good effect, it is worth to promote the use in clinical practice.
