两种特异性免疫治疗方案治疗变应性鼻炎临床分析

Clinical analysis of two kinds of specific immunotherapy in treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的探讨两种特异性免疫治疗方案治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的变应性鼻炎患者80例,根据随机对照原则均分为两组,观察组40例行特异性免疫治疗的快速脱敏方案治疗,对照组40例行特异性免疫治疗的常规脱敏方案治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者临床治愈率85.0%、有效率97.5%,明显高于对照组的67.5%、87.5%,两组差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论特异性免疫治疗变应性鼻炎的临床应用中,应用快速脱敏方案治疗相比较于常规脱敏方案具有更好的临床效果,临床治愈率高,并发症发生率低,具有更好的临床应用意义,值得进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of two kids of specific immunotherapy in treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 80 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to randomized controlled principle, 40 cases in the observation group were treated with rapid desensitization protocol of specific immune therapy while the control group of 40 cases were treated with routine desensitization protocol of specific immune therapy,clinical curative effect two groups of patients were compared. Results The clinical cure rate of the observation group was 85%, effective rate was 97.5%, significantly higher than 67.5%, 87.5% of the control group, the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）. Two groups of patients had no adverse reaction during treatment. Conclusion In the clinical application of specific immunotherapy for allergic rhinitis, the rapid desensitization therapy has a better clinical effect than the conventional desensitization program, its clinical cure rate is high and the occurrence rate of complications is low, which has a better clinical application that worthy of further promotion.
