Ensite NavX mapping system under the guidance of radiofrequency ablation treatment for atrial fibrillation perioperative

目的总结探讨在Ensite NavX标测系统指导下进行环肺静脉隔离左房线性消融术治疗心房颤动围手术期的护理经验。方法对22例行房颤消融术的患者加强围手术期护理,包括术前心理干预、检查、自身准备,术后生命体征的观察,饮食护理,特别是并发症的观察和护理。结果随访3－24个月,其中3例（13.7%）有房颤复发,但发作频率较术前减少,药物可控制,无相关并发症的发生。结论三维标测系统下肺静脉隔离治疗房颤安全有效,围手术期规范、细致、高质量的护理是实现手术成功和减少并发症的重要保证。

Objective To summarize investigate conduct of circumferential pulmonary vein isolation linear ablation of left atrial fibrillation perioperative nursing experience in Ensite NavX mapping system guidance. Methods 22 cases of atrial fibrillation ablation in patients with perioperative care, including preoperative psychological intervention, inspection, their preparation,observation of vital signs after surgery, diet care, especially observation and nursing of complications. Results 3~24 months followup, 3 patients（13.7%） had recurrence of atrial fibrillation, but the reduction in seizure frequency compared with preoperative drug can be controlled without the occurrence of associated complications. Conclusion The three-dimensional mapping system pulmonary vein isolation for atrial fibrillation is safe and effective, perioperative specifications, detailed, high-quality care is to achieve success and reduce surgical complications important guarantee.
