摘要
目的探讨高校教师职业倦怠与职业认同的关系。方法运用高校教师职业认同问卷和高校教师职业倦怠量表对278名教师进行问卷调查。结果不同年龄、不同教龄的高校教师在职业倦怠整体水平和情绪枯竭、身心疲惫两个维度上有显著差异(均P<0.05),职业认同对职业倦怠有预测作用(P<0.01)。结论单位认同、对象认同、社会认同和教龄对职业倦怠有显著的影响。
Objective To explore the relationship between job burnout and professional identity of college teachers. Method College Teachers' Professional Identity Questionnaire and College Teachers' Job Burnout Scale were used to collect data and 278 college teachers were asked to answer the questions. Findings Significant differences( P 0. 05) were found in two dimensions,namely,job burnout and emotional,mental and physical exhaustion among teachers of different ages and length of teaching experience. Professional identity can predict job burnout. Conclusion Workplace identity,object identity,social identity and length of teaching work experience can significantly affect job burnout.
