This paper describes the appliance of the professional material resources of the animation design and production in the professional teaching and introduces the design principles, ideas and the framework of the professional material resources library. It puts forward to making an exploratory learning by using the material resources library and stimulating the students＇ enthusiasm for learning, improving the learning efficiency and achieving the interactive teaching between the teachers, students and professional material resources.
