乳腺癌预后预测系统的研究现状和发展趋向 被引量:4

摘要 乳腺癌在世界范围内是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一[1].在我国,乳腺癌在发达城市女性恶性肿瘤发病率中已占第一位,且发病率呈持续上升趋势[2].由于恶性肿瘤具高度异质性的特点,乳腺癌患者之间存在明显的个体差异[3],即使是组织学类型、TNM分期、甚至激素受体状态都相同的乳腺癌,使用临床指引所推荐的同一标准化治疗方案,疗效及预后常有很大差异,因此对乳腺癌患者进行个体化治疗显得极其重要.而个体化治疗的前提是准确的预测乳腺癌的生物学行为,因此发展一项可信度高、重复性好的预后预测系统,提供量化的预后指数,对指导个体化的综合治疗至关重要.本文综述了乳腺癌预后预测评估系统的研究进展,并提出了预后预测系统的发展方向.
