民国时期的医患纠纷与解决途径:以1934年南京中央医院被控案为中心

Medical Disputes and Solutions in the Republic of China: Based on the Alleged Cases in Nanjing Central Hospital in 1934

上世纪30年代是西医在中国得到迅速发展的时期,同时也伴随着医患纠纷与医讼案件的大量涌现。本文以1934年发生在南京中央医院的两桩医讼案件为中心展开,通过分析两案的前因后果与解决途径,尝试剖析30年代医患纠纷高发的原因、围绕医事纠纷的话语权争夺和正在逐渐完善中的医讼案件解决途径。

The 1930s witnessed the rapid development of Western medicine in China.However,during this period,large numbers of medical disputes and alleged cases appeared.Based on two alleged medical cases relat-ed to Nanjing Central Hospital in 1934,the present paper analyzes the causative factors of and final solutions to these cases in the 1930s,with the purpose of finding out why the medical disputes were so high and how they were solved,in order to throw some light on the problems related to the medical disputes in the currently matura-ting process of this issue.
