摘要
教师是课程改革成功与否的关键,教师培训是教师专业发展的加油站。如果培训内容难以被教师所接受和内化,便难以引领教师具体的教学行为,再完美的教师培训也会失去其应有的价值和意义。民族地区经济落后,地域复杂,对象多元,需求特殊,这些都对该地区教师培训提出了新的要求和挑战:既要注重统一性,又要注重特殊性;既要关注前沿性,又要重视本土性。因此,立足教师整体发展,贯穿多元文化教育,打造合作研训文化,构筑专家引领机制,应该成为解决民族地区教师培训现实问题的核心理念。
Teachers are the key to the success of curriculum reform, teachers' training becomes the important way of their career development. If the training content cannot be accepted and internalized by teachers and is difficult to guide changes in their behavior, teachers' training will be in vain. In ethnic minority regions, there are many factors hindering the development of education, such as undeveloped e- conomy, complex terrain, diversity of the objects and special needs. At the same time, those factors pro- vide new demands to the training, i.e., focusing not only on the unified but also on special needs, paying attention not only to the frontier knowledge but also to the indigenous knowledge. Therefore, the key to solve the practical problems in teachers' training in ethnic minority regions should be based on teachers integral development while carrying through multi-cultural education with cooperative training idea and establishing experts guiding system.
