摘要
本研究根据凝聚作用机理,选用燃料油、乙烯渣油作粘结剂,废润滑油、0~#柴油作溶剂,配以适量的表面活性剂(L—113B),制成油包水型乳状液。利用自行设计的风洞试验装置,经四轮实验,筛选出表面凝固剂的配方,确定了主要工艺条件。
This study is based on coagulation mechanism. A new oil-water type of emulsifying agent has been made up. It consists of the fuel oil and ethene dreg oil used as glue and waste lubricating oil, 0~# dieseloil as solvent, and suitable surfactant(L—113B). Four round experiments were performed by using a wind channel apparatus of the latest design. Authors sift out surface protection agent, and make up a prescription as well as main technological conditions.
