摘要
采用过滤法(GB/T 6434-2006)对饲料中粗纤维含量进行了测定,根据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》中的规定对测量结果的不确定度进行了评定,分析了饲料中粗纤维测定结果不确定度的来源,逐一评定了各因素对测量不确定度的影响,并通过计算给出了不确定度的量值。结果表明:重复性测定引入的不确定度是过滤法测定饲料中粗纤维含量结果不确定度的主要来源;成熟期稷草样、棕榈粕、鸡配合饲料中粗纤维含量的结果表示分别为:(35.72±0.17)%、(21.75±0.18)%、(3.59±0.14)%。
In this study, the national standard“Feeding stuffs-Determination of crude fiber content-Method with inter-mediate filtration”(GB/T 6434-2006) was used for the determination of crude fiber content in feeding stuffs.Uncertainty of the analytical results was evaluated according to “Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement” (JJF 1059.1-2012).Then the origin of uncertainty and different effect parameters were extensively demonstrated, and finally the uncer-tainty values were calculated.The results showed that retesting uncertainty was the main origin of determination of crude fiber content in feeding stuffs,the results of the 3 kinds of feedstuffs was (35.72±0.17)%,(21.75±0.18)%,(3.59±0.14)%.
