摘要
为研究硒在公鸡肾脏和肝脏中的沉积情况及其对组织结构的影响,试验选取80只体重接近、健康无疾病的海兰白成年公鸡,随机分成4个组,每组20只,分别在日粮中添加0、0.5、1、2 mg/kg的亚硒酸钠,试验结束时颈动、静脉放血致死,立即摘取肾脏和肝脏,测定其硒含量,并通过HE染色观察其组织结构。结果表明:(1)肾脏和肝脏组织中硒含量随日粮硒含量的增加而升高,组间差异显著(P<0.05),且肾脏中的硒含量较肝脏高;(2)0.5 mg/kg硒水平对肾脏和肝脏的组织结构变化具有明显的促进作用,1 mg/kg硒水平下肾脏和肝脏有较明显的病理组织学变化,2 mg/kg硒水平产生的病理组织学变化最为明显,肾脏肾小管受损,结构模糊,肝细胞肿胀或空泡变样。由此可见,适量的硒对肾脏和肝脏的发育有一定的促进作用,高硒则对二者的组织结构与功能产生明显的损伤作用。
This experiment was designed to investigate the effects of different dietary selenium (from sodium selen-ite) levels on the tissue selenium content and the tissue structure of kidney and liver in cocks.The animals were randomly divided into four groups and they were fed the basal diet supplemented with different Se levels (0,0.5,1,2 mg/kg).At the end of the experiment,after the cocks were slaughtered,the kidney and liver samples were collected for Se content assay and the observation of renal tissue structure.The results showed that:(1)supplemental Se in diet increased Se contents on tissue of kidney and liver.(2)0.5 mg/kg Se in diet could promote kidney and liver tissue structure variation,1 mg/kg dis-charge the tissue structure and pathological changes of kidney and liver structure in cocks of 2 mg/kg experiment group were obvious,the renal glomerulus atrophied, became vague or even disinter grated,capsular space became bigger,and re-nal tubule were damaged severely.This study indicated that a higher Se level in diet caused a larger discharge pressure and adverse impact on the tissue structure of the kidney and liver.
