摘要
采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术建立了蔬菜水果中40种农药残留的快速测定方法。蔬菜水果利用乙腈提取后直接进样分析,采用优化后的正离子多反应监测模式,外标法定量。40种农药含量在0.1-100μg/L范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.10-5.0μg/kg,平均回收率为60.3%-134.8%,相对标准偏差为2.6%-17%。
A muhiresidue analytical method for rapid determination of 40 pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits was developed by using ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The vegetable and fruit samples were extracted by acetonitrile and injected for analysis. Positive ion mode and optimized multiple reaction monitoring were used for the analysis, and quantified by the external standard method. 40 pesticides had the good linearities in the range of 0. 1 μg/L to 100 μg/L. The limits of detection of the method were 0. 10 -5.00μg/kg. The average recoveries of the 40 pesticides were in the range of 60. 3% to 134. 8% with the relative standard deviations from 2. 6% to 17%.
