摘要
建立了加工食品中天然色素胭脂树橙主要色素成分红木素、降红木素的液相色谱检测方法。采用氨水乙醇提取样品中的色素,石油醚除脂肪后,调节酸度使用二氯甲烷反提取目标色素,后采用C18色谱柱分离,流动相采用乙腈:2%乙酸(75∶25,V/V),458 nm波长光度测定。方法定量限为1.0 mg/kg,线性范围为1~100 mg/kg。在样品中做1.0,10,100 mg/kg三水平添加回收,降红木素、红木素回收率分别在83.2%~99.3%和84.6%~103%,RSD分别为0.90%~4.9%和1.7%~5.5%,并采用相对保留时间法来定性,吸光比值系数换算法来定量不同构型的红木素和降红木素。
A method for the determination of bixin and norbixin, which are the principal color components of annatto, in processed foods was reported.
