摘要 变速恒频双馈电机风力发电系统中的励磁装置必须具有功率双向流动能力,矩阵变换器作为一种新型变换器,能直接将电能从输入侧变换到输出侧,输入功率因数可调,输出电流谐波含量少,且无直流电容,实现简单,更适宜作为双馈电机的励磁装置。对矩阵变换器的空间矢量调制法进行了分析及阐述,给出了Simulink中的具体实现方法,且仿真中采用IGBT组合双向开关代替理想开关,更贴近实际。上述方法通过调节矩阵变换器参考输入电压的功率因数来获得系统优良的输入输出特性,使得双馈电机输出有功和无功功率的独立调节。仿真结果验证了空间矢量调制法正确性和有效性,为今后进一步应用于变速恒频风力发电系统中的实验研究奠定了基础。 The exciting device used in variable speed and constant frequency double -fed wind power generation system must possess the capability of bi - directional power flow. As a new converter, the matrix converter can direct- ly transform electric energy from inputs to outputs, which has an adjustable input power factor and less harmonic com- ponent in output current. Also, it has no DC capacitor and can be simply implemented. So, the matrix converter is more suitable for serving as the exciting device of double - fed generator. In this paper, the space vector modulation method of matrix converter is analyzed and expounded, and then the implementation in Simulink is given. It is practi- cal to adopt the combination bidirectional power switches of IGBT in simulation, instead of ideal switches. By adjus- ting the power factor of reference input voltage, the method can obtain excellent input and output performance, and enable to regulate double -fed generator to output active and reactive powers independently. The simulation results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed space vector modulation method, which founds the basis for the further experimental study in application of variable speed and constant frequency wind power generation system.
