摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取新鲜假臭草花的挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分析该挥发油的化学成分。GC-MS共鉴定出35个化合物,占挥发油总量的81.82%。其主要成分为:1-甲基-5-亚甲基-8-(1-甲基乙基)-[s-(E,E)]-1,6-环癸二烯(31.98%)、石竹烯(11.75%)、己酸(6.25%)、3-甲基戊酸(6.10%)、α-毕澄茄醇(4.37%)、二叔丁基对羟基甲苯(3.98%)、4-乙烯基-2-甲氧基苯酚(3.48%)。
The essential oil from the flowers of Eupatorium catarium was extracted by steam distillation. The components of the essential oil were separated and identified by GC -MS. 35 components were identified and accounted for 81.82% of all the peak area. The major compositions were 1 -methyl-5 -methylene -8 - (1 -methylethyl) - [ s - (E, E) ] - 1,6 - cyclodecadiene (31.98% ), caryophyllene ( 11.75 % ), hexanoic acid (6. 25 % ), 3 - methylpentanoic acid ( 6. 10% ), α - cadinol ( 4. 37% ), butylated hydroxytoluene ( 3.98% ), and 2 - methoxy - 4 - vinylphenol (3.48%).
