摘要 微教育作为新兴教育模式,以其生动、灵活、凝练、高针对性等特点见长,教育效果优良且持久性好。在高校学生综合素质培养各环节中引入微教育,从实践效果看,使学生在理论、实践、职场竞争等诸多领域中的学习、应用及创新能力得到了明显提高,是适合高校复合能力培养的成功教育模式,值得进一步探讨与研究。 As a new education model, micro- education had many characteristics such as vivid, concise, ilexible, highly targeted, and its education effect was excellent and durable. Based on the performance, by using micro - education in comprehensive quality cultivating for the college students, their learning, applicating and innovating capability were obviously improved in the theory, practice and market competition fields. Micro - education was proved to be suitable and successful in cuhivatin~ compound ability in coUege, and was worthy of further study and research.
