摘要
逆流色谱是一种不用固态支撑体或载体的液液分配色谱技术,其分离原理具有手性制备性分离的优势。以近年采用逆流色谱技术对手性化合物分离的应用进行了综述。
Countercurrent chromatography is a liquid -liquid partition chromatography,without the use of support body or carrier.It is of advantage for chiral separation.In this paper its recent application in chiral separation is reviewed.
