摘要
本试验测定了花生和玉米在原料收集、预处理和精炼工段不同加工环节产品中的黄曲霉毒素B1含量,研究了生产过程中黄曲霉毒素B1的污染情况。结果表明:在原料不含黄曲霉毒素B1的情况下,生产的中间环节也会产生黄曲霉毒素B1,检测结果主要在预榨饼、毛油以及饼粕中含量较大;测定结果的最大值符合我国标准,但超过了其他组织及国家的标准限量。
The content of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1)in peanut and corn in the collection of raw mate- rials, pretreatment and refining process was tested, the pollution situation of AFBt in oil produc- tion was studied. Results show that under the condition of the raw materials not containing AFB1, the intermediate links of production can also produce AFBI. Test results show that AFB~ content is mainly high in pre-press cake, crude oil and cake dregs. Maximum of the determination results conforms to the standard in our country, but more than any other organization and the na- tional standard limit.
