平抑间歇性电源功率波动的混合储能控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对间歇性电源输出功率波动大、随机性强的特点,提出了一种基于混合储能平抑间歇性电源功率波动的控制方法。该方法将功率密度大、动态响应速度快的超级电容作为系统缓冲储能优先对功率波动进行平抑,通过蓄电池组的功率调节以防止超级电容电压越限;将蓄电池组分为独立的充电组和放电组分别控制,最大限度的减少蓄电池组循环充放电次数;通过基于荷电状态的蓄电池充电组和放电组相互调整规则以避免蓄电池组深度充放电,延长其使用寿命。仿真验证了该方法的有效性。 According to the large fluctuations and strong randomness of the output power of intermittent power sources, this paper proposed a control method based on hybrid energy storage to smooth power fluctuations of intermittent power sources. Supercapacitors could be used as the buffer energy storage to smooth power fluctuations with priority because they had large power density and fast dynamic response. The terminal voltages of supercapacitors were controlled within limits by power adjustment of battery. Battery was divided into independent charging group and discharging group and each group was controlled respectively, so that the charging and discharging times of battery was minimized. The mutual adjustment rules between charging group and discharging group was proposed based on state-of-charge (SOC) of battery, so that battery could avoid overcharge and deep discharge and its life was prolonged. The simulation results show that the proposed method is effective.
