摘要
介绍了一种永磁操动机构的结构原理,基于Ansoft软件的仿真环境,建立了单线圈单稳态永磁操动机构仿真模型,通过求解电、磁、机械耦合场获得了永磁机构的静态和动态特性。经仿真结果与实际样机测试结果比较,验证了仿真分析的正确性,为永磁机构的结构设计及优化提供参考。
Introduction was made to the structure principle of a kind of permanent magnetic operating mechanism. Based on Ansoft software's simulation environment, this paper established a simulation model of single winding single stability state permanent magnetic operating mechanism to obtain static and dynamic characteristics of permanent mechanism by solution of electromagnetic and mechanical coupling field. After comparison between simulation result and actual sample machine test result, the correctness of simulation analysis is verified. The simulation result provides reference for structure design and optimization of permanent magnetic mechanism.
