摘要
为了研究在不同固化时间下的塑料-钢的界面粘接强度,基于三次谐波的非线性超声检测方法,建立了一套非线性超声检测试验系统。进行了三个区域塑料-钢粘接试件的非线性超声试验,实验结果表明,在固化最初阶段,3阶非线性系数随着固化时间的增加急速下降;在固化最后阶段,3阶非线性系数变化缓慢,最后直至平稳。因此,超声非线性系数可以用来评价界面的粘接强度。
In order to research the adhesive strength of the plastic-metal interface in different curing time, a nonlinear ultrasonic test system is established based on the third-harmonic generation of nonlinear ultrasonic technique and the ultrasonic nonlinearity pa- rameters of a plastic-metal specimen within three different regions are measured. The experimental results show that there is a signifi- cant decrease for nonlinear parameters in early stages of extending curing. In the end of curing time, the nonlinear coefficient decreases slowly until to be smooth finally. The nonlinear parameters can be used to evaluate the adhesive strength of interface.
