可调式数字化电焊机节能研究

摘要 现今电焊机已是工业中不可缺少的设备,但其在使用过程中耗能巨大同时使用时其自身存在一定的安全隐患。为使其实现节能减少其本身存在的安全隐患,提出220/380 V两用逆变弧焊电焊机,通过传感器的监控,实现对IGBT的控制,进而实现PWM信号控制;在空载运行时通过充电电容的充放电储能。设计出以AT89C51单片机为控制核心的数字化监控保护、焊接功能多样化的节能电焊机。 Nowadays, the current welding machine is the indispensable processing equipment in industry. But it has the problems of huge energy consumption and existing of certain security hidden danger in the using process at the same time. For realizing the ener- gy conservation and reducing the hidden trouble in security itself, this paper puts forward the idea of 220/380 V two-purpose inverter rig welding machine. Through the monitoring sensors, the IGBT is controlled and the PWM signal control is realized; when it is with no - load running, the charging and discharging energy storage is made by charging capacitor. The energy-saving electric welding machine is designed which takes the microprocessor AT89C51 as control core and with the features of digital monitoring protection and a variety of welding function.
