摘要 以北京地铁7号线08标百子湾站—化工路站区间为工程背景,针对该区间隧道穿越污染地层问题,为确保污染地层中隧道安全、健康的建成,通过现场取样及化验对土壤及地下水污染情况进行详细分析,在充分考虑污染土的特性和地层因素、安全因素、环境因素及经济因素的基础上,对污染地层盾构选型进行研究。研究结果表明:泥水平衡盾构工法有效规避了施工人员接触污染物,防止了污染物对人员和环境的影响,应作为污染地层隧道施工方法的首选。 With reference to the engineering of the interval tunnel between Bai Ziwan and Huagong Road in Beijing Metro Line 7 Lot, where the tunnel passes through pollution stratum, this paper analyzes in detail the conditions of soil and groundwater pollutions by means of field sampling and test to built the tunnel safety and healthy in pollution stratum, and studies the selection of shield in pollution Stratum based on full consideration of the characteristic of polluted soil, and such factors relating to stratum, safety, environment and economy. The results show that: slurry balance shield method could effectively protect construction workers from exposing to pollutants, prevent the impact of pollutants on workers and environment. This method should be the first choice for tunnel construction in pollution stratum.
