摘要
目的探讨床旁血气分析仪血乳酸快速检测在休克容量复苏中的使用价值。方法回顾性分析使用床旁血气分析仪血乳酸快速检测评估我院抢救室内存在休克的117例急重症患者容量复苏的效果。结果患者的血乳酸值与休克纠正相关指标包括平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、尿量呈正相关,患者复苏前与复苏后2 h各指标比较,差异有统计学意义。结论床旁血气分析仪血乳酸快速检测能快速检测患者血乳酸值,可为抢救室医师评估患者容量复苏效果、休克纠正程度以及疾病的预后提供准确依据。
Objective To investigate the application value of blood lactic acid rapid detection of bedside blood gas analyzer in shock recovery capacity. Methods To analyze the recovery capacity effect of 117 critical patients with shock in emergency room of our hospital with blood lactic acid rapid detection of bedside blood gas analyzer retrospectively. Results The blood lactic acid values of patients were positively correlated with releated indicators of shock redress including MAP, HR and urine volume. There were significant differences between the above indicators measured before the recovery and the above indicators measured 2 h after the recovery. Conclusion Blood lactic acid rapid detection of bedside blood gas analyzer which can monitor the blood lactic acid values of patients can provide reliable basis for the physician in emergency room to evaluate the recovery capacity effect, shock redress grades and disease prognosis.
