高校青年教师时间管理倾向与主观幸福感研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨高校青年教师时间管理倾向与主观幸福感的现状及相互关系。方法采取整群随机取样方法,于2013年12月在四川省绵阳市、成都市、南充市三地5所高校选取410名高校青年教师,采用时间管理倾向量表(TMD)和总体幸福感量表(GWB)调查高校青年教师时间管理倾向与主观幸福感的现状及相互关系。结果1在时间效能感上,性别和职称的交互作用显著(F=3.238,df=3,P=0.022)。2高校青年教师时间管理倾向与主观幸福感的相关显著(r主观幸福感-时间价值感=0.148,P=0.003;r主观幸福感-时间监控观=0.252,P=0.000;r主观幸福感-时间效能感=0.278,P=0.000),且时间效能感对主观幸福感有一定的预测作用(F=11.718,P=0.000)。结论时间效能感在一定程度上影响高校青年教师的主观幸福感。 Objective To study the present situation of time management disposition and subjective well - being of young college teachers and the relationship between TMD and GWB. Methods A total of 410 young teachers from 5 colleges of Mianyang, Cheng- du, and Nanchong were investigated by the time management disposition scale (TMD) and general well -being scale (GWB) in De- cember 2013 . Results ①The interaction effect of gender and professional title on time efficacy was significant ( F = 3. 238 ,df= 3 ,P = 0.022). ②The relationships between time management disposition and subjective well -being of young college teachers were signifi- cantly ( rgwb- time value = 0. 148, P = 0. 003 ; rgwb - time control = 0. 252, P = 0. 000 ; rswb-time efficacy = 0. 278, P = 0. 000 ) ; and the time efficacy had certain prediction effect to subjective well- being (F = 11. 718 ,P =0. 000). Conclusion The time efficacy affected the subjec- tive well - being of young college teachers to a certain extent.
