摘要 对某500kV变电站220kV侧环形混凝土电杆纵向裂纹的深度、钢筋锈蚀、混凝土强度等进行了检测,并对其服役状况进行了评价,制造过程中的钢筋长度误差、离心混凝土特性及运行中的温差是出现裂纹的主要原因,该纵向裂纹不会降低电杆轴心受压及偏心受压的承载力及变形性能;对环形混凝土电杆检修、监督及安全运行具有重要的借鉴意义。 The circular concrete pole of 220 kV side of a 500 kV Substation was analyzed by means of vertical crack depth, the corrosion of reinforcing steel bar and concrete strength. By evaluating its service status, it points out that the length error of reinforcing steel bar manufacturing process, the characteristic of centrifugal concrete and the differ- ence in temperature are the main reasons for crack appearance. The cracks will not reduce the bearing capacity and deformation properties of the pole axial compression and eccentric compression. By analyzing the problem, it presents some practicable suggestions about maintenance, supervision and safe operation of the circular concrete pole.
