摘要 准确测定煤的发热量,对于电厂的安全生产和经济运行具有重要意义,本文对燃煤发热量测定中两个重要问题进行探讨,一是发热量测定中如何保证煤样燃烧完全,从以下几个方面进行阐述:选择合适的燃烧皿、正确绑接点火丝、特殊煤样的特殊处理等。二是燃煤发热量测定结果准确性检验的问题,本文就如何应用反标苯甲酸以及标准煤样来对燃煤发热量测定准确度的检验方法进行分析,指出使用标准煤样时操作、计算及评判中应注意的问题;指出使用苯甲酸时对苯甲酸的处理、重复测定精密度的确定、硝酸形成热问题的确定、所需重复测定的次数的确定等问题;最后阐述两种不同检验方法间的关系。 It takes a key role to exactly measure the calorific capacity of coal in the means of safety in production and economical operation for a power plant. The thesis discusses two main issues of measurement. One is how to ensure the complete combustion of coal sample, which is elaborated in three aspects - selection of an appropriate burning dish, right bordering of the ignition wires, particularly handling of special coal sample and the like. The other is the accuracy examination of the measurement of calorific capacity of coal. The article analyzes how to apply benzoic acid and reference coal sample to the test method of accuracy of measurement. In the next place, it indicates the cautions during the process of operation, calculation and evaluation when standard coal sample is used, and points out the disposure of benzoic acid, the determination of repeatedly measured precision, the identification of nitric acid which releases heat, and as well as of repeated measurement times needed . Eventually the relation between two different tests is stated.
