分析了小户型住房的社会经济效益,对小户型的社会需求进行了研究,结合小户型设计的要求,从家具、色调、空间分割、光源、线条五方面探讨了小户型的设计方法,并总结了一些小户型设计的误区,以设计出节能、健康、生态的中小户型住宅。

The paper analyzes social economic benefits of small-space house,and studies its social demands. Combining with its design require-ments,it explores its design methods from five aspects of furniture,color,space distribution,light source and line,and summarizes some small-space house design errors,with a view to design energy-saving,healthy and ecological medium and small space houses.
