根据GB/T 50319-2013建设工程监理规范和DBJ 04-214-2004山西省建设工程施工资料管理规程的要求,阐述了监理单位质量评估报告的主要内容,包括工程监理概况、项目监理人员及专业分工、监理过程中履行职责情况、工程质量评估意见等,为工程质量问题的发现和解决提供了有效的依据。
According to the requirements of（GB/T 50319-2013）Construction Engineering Supervision Standard and（DBJ 04-214-2004）Shanxi Construction Engineering Construction Data Management Regulations,this paper elaborated the main contents of supervision units quality evalua-tion report,including the engineering supervision situation,project supervision personnel and professional division,duties performance in super-vision process,engineering quality assessment opinions,provided effective basis for the found and resolving of engineering quality problems.
