摘要
运用网络调查法,调查了中国、美国和日本的各前20所一流大学图书馆开展移动服务的情况。从支持移动学习的视角,对服务内容进行统计和对比分析。结果表明,中国高校馆主动适应信息技术发展,在提供馆藏检索、数据库检索、推介电子书等方面,比美日高校馆具有明显优势;而在提供学习工具、与学习者交互以及咨询类服务方面,仍存在种种不足,有待研究和改善。图书馆应通过征求移动学习者的诉求、换位思考和体验,推进精细化移动服务。
By network survey method, an investigation on library mobile service was completed in the group of China, America and Japan, in which the top 20 universities were selected, respectively. From the supporting mobile learning point of view, statistical analysis was made on the contents of mobile service. The results showed that, the university libraries in China actively adapted themselves to the development of information technology. Compared with the university libraries in America and Japan, the Chinese libraries have the obvious advantages on collection retrieval, database retrieval, e-books promotions. Reversely, there are still insufficiencies in Chinese libraries to be studied and improved, such as providing learning tools, approaches for reader interactions, and consulting services. The Chinese libraries should promote the refinement of mobile service by seeking the mobile learner's demands, thinking the ways of mobile learner, and experience.
