中西医结合治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血临床分析

Clinical analysis of chronic aplastic anemia treated withtreatment using integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血临床效果。方法:选取我院血液科2010年6月至2013年6月收治慢性再生障碍性贫血患者35例,随机分为对照组和中西医结合治疗组,其中对照组患者18例,采用常规西医对症治疗,包括雄激素、环孢素A及左旋咪唑等;中西医结合治疗组患者17例,在对照组治疗基础上,加用自拟补血生髓方剂口服治疗;比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率,治疗前后血红蛋白水平、白细胞计数、血小板计数等。结果:中西医结合治疗组治疗总有效率(94.1%)明显高于对照组(61.1%);中西医结合治疗组患者治疗后血红蛋白水平、白细胞计数、血小板计数等均优于治疗前,且中西医结合治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血临床效果可有效缓解临床症状,改善血象指标,提高骨髓造血功能。

Objective： The aim of this study is t To explore the clinical effects of integrative medicine in chronic asplasticaplastic anemia whose patients were treated with integrative medicine. Method： Totally 35 chronic asplasticaplastic anemia example patients whom were treated in our hospital during May 2008 to May2014 were collected included in this study and randomly divided into control group and integrative group（ the control group has 18 cases of patients and was treated with conventional western medicine including androgen,cyclosporin A and levamisole etc,while self blood marrow prescription oral treatment was added to the integrative group based on the method of control group）. Overall clinical improvement efficiency,hemoglobin level,white blood cell count and platelet count beforecount before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Result： The clinical improvement efficiency（ 94. 1%） of integrative group was significantly higher than the control group（ 66. 1%）; the differences of hemoglobin level,white blood cell count and platelet count after the treatment of integrative group were all significantly better than before treatment,and the degree of improvement of integrative group was significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Integrative medicine can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve blood indicators,and improve the hematopoietic function of bone marrow.
