192名中职学生ABO血型分布调查

Investigation on the distribution characteristics of ABO blood types from 192 of secondary vocational school students

目的:了解中职学生ABO血型分布特点,为血液贮备提供指导。方法:采用玻片快速凝集法对192名中职学生ABO血型进行检测,并对学生ABO血型在性别、民族和地区的分布情况进行统计分析。结果:192名中职学生ABO血型的分布O型>A型>B型>AB型,AB型血所占比例最小(8.9%)。A型、B型、AB型和O型四种血型的性别分布(χ2=0.885,P=0.829)、民族分布(χ2=3.614,P=0.306)和地区分布(χ2=0.058,P=0.996)差异均无统计学意义。结论:应根据血型分布特点贮备血液。

Objective： To study the distribution characteristics of ABO blood types from the students of secondary vocational school. Methods： Totally 192 secondary students were detected for ABO blood grouping via a Pearson＇s chi square method. Results： The blood type rank of 192 students was O 〉A 〉B〉 AB. AB blood type only account for 8. 9% in all groups. There were no No significance differences in the sex（ χ2=0. 885,P = 0. 829）,nationality（ χ2= 3. 614,P = 0. 306） and region（ χ2= 0. 058,P = 0. 996） were observed among the 192 students tested. Conclusion： AB blood type should also be emphasized for a fully fledged blood reserve.
